How do I submit a payroll change request?
Navigate to "Payroll Change" from the dashboard or sidebar, fill out the required information, and sign the digital form. You'll receive a confirmation email once submitted.
How do I request time off (PTO)?
Go to "Request PTO" from the dashboard, select your PTO type, enter the dates, and provide a reason. Your manager will be notified automatically.
How long does it take to process my request?
Most requests are processed within 2-3 business days. Urgent requests may be expedited. Check "My Requests" to track status.
Can I edit or cancel a submitted request?
Contact HR immediately at hr@fidelityrealestate.com if you need to modify or cancel a pending request.
Where can I view my PTO balance?
Your current PTO balance is displayed on the dashboard. For detailed accrual history, contact HR.
